As soon I came up to Foxglove I was treated with compassion and respect. Aura and Rosemary are two lovely people very caring.

Most staff were kind and caring but on more than one occasion mum said staff were not careful when changing especially in the night. Some could be a little rude and needed braining on bedside manner. Some staff were excellent was made by me to manager.

- Not told patient about diagnosis alone when family asked to be called/ informed to be their. - Provided a longer more selective range of food/ warm food family members provide.

All staff, doctors, nurses and ancillary staff were respectful mindful of our feelings, both empathetic and professional the whole time.

I was treated very well. Went in exactly on time, had good banker and care, at all times.

Occasionally a bit more communication, however/ appreciate people are busy.
